Swish World Group Motion of No Confidence

The Swish World Group Secretary of the Board of Shareholders announced that a motion of no confidence has been raised by a shareholder against the Group CEO James van Houten.

Voting will close Thursday at 11:00, with results to be announced soon afterwards.

The results of the motion of no confidence are as follows:
Ayes: 44.71%
Nos: 55.29%

Therefore, the motion has failed.

Following the vote results, Swish World Group CEO James van Houten said, “I am relieved that the vote is over. The vision hasn’t changed – it will be to continue to grow the Group as a whole.”
